Very poor customer service! I have a secure credit card that I need to cancel. I called the credit card and they told me that I have to go to the bank where I opened the CC account. I went to the bank and talked with Jordan. She told me that she can’t cancel because I have $35 and I need to call the CC. One of the worst banking experiences in my 20 years of business banking . On a Friday evening at 5pm , get a call from magnolia location , to come in an hour or we will close your account. I asked why? , no reason and explanation given. On top she said she is doing a favor by calling me or she will have to mail a check for final amount .
