My husband went here to cash a check that his mother sent us for our anniversary. They treated him as though it was a fake check. If he were to make a fraudulent check it would be for more than $200. They said they needed to contact his mother to verify it and he would have to leave the check with them. If he took the check back they would void it first. Hated this bank. Had the most humiliating experience today with a check from my homecare client. You guys could have called him instead of destroying my hard earned money. I had to drive an hour away from your bank to get another check because you told me I had to go back to the "Creator of the check" and get another one. That teller never gave me a reason why. Absolute worst member services at this branch and has been for many years. You visit other branches and you can tell that they have there focus on members but this branch is very rarely a good experience.
