Went here today for my jobs deposit and told I wasn’t allowed change due to be not being a “signer” on the account multiple people including myself have been giving change from more then one branch , when the teller mentioned what I said about other branches doing it another teller begin to talk under her breath as if I was not there . The teller disorganized my cash as well as my slips . Very unsatisfied with this location I was warned by previous people regarding this location (learned my lesson) . It's 1:30 in the afternoon and not one person can answer the phone in the banking center for a banking center specific question. A shame. Been on hold for over 10 minutes. Learn to multitask, help a customer....excuse me, I need to answer this quickly, hello? I need to place you on a brief hold thank you. Continue on your business and then answer the phone. There are multiple people working at this establishment. Work together!
This is not the only branch that is trash. Definitely the worst one. I don't know if everyone Working there is entry level Or just willfully incompetent. Any credit union is better than this place. Buy btc.
