Comerica has been my bank for almost 20 years and today was by far the worst experience at any of their locations. This location makes you pretty much strip down because of their metal detector and "man trap" door system that holds you in the bank not allowing you to exit without them unlocking it. I carry tools for work such as metal flashlight window breaker and steel toed boots, as well as, heavy duty belt and buckle. Drive-thru ATM & other ATM is ALWAYS out of money!!! I’ve been going here since 2019 and I can’t believe this is still a problem after I’ve mentioned it to staff multiple times. What are the working folk supposed to do when we get off at 5:00pm and you are already closed?!
I've been with comerica for about 8 years, my first and only bank and this branch has always been so rude I decided to close my account with them today. The Aptos branch is wonderful and I'll be sad to leave them but the customer service at Watsonville is so dissapointing every time.
Not very helpful for even the most basic transaction. Technology across their entire business is behind. ATMs, websites and banks take me back to the 90’s. Get with the times.
