Appreciate the live ATM tenant
Came in, gave me trouble because I had an out of state license. Then sent me to a kiosk/atm where they couldn't help because of my ID as well and then asked for my fingerprints and SSN to get me on the system? They also had someone else verify the checks and even signatures to cash them. Cashing a check took around an hour. The lady did her "due deligience" because she thought i probably stole the checks. Not coming back here nor accepting these checks from customers anymore
My husband used the Zelle app to send me money, because it was his first time using the App and the money was going to a different financial institution, the fraud department puts a hold on the transaction. He calls customer service and they explain he has to go into a branch with his ID to take the red flag off the transaction. He has to use the majority of his lunch time to go into the bank.
