I was there with business banking almost to the closing time and staffed were very nice and professional
Had to change my review from 5 stars to 1. If there was a 0 I would put 0 stars. Unfortunately they are always closed but online and there customer service line state they're open. Professional courtesy to customers to let them know in advance would be nice. But every minute they are closed for cleaning and whatever other excuse comes up. You have to travel to other locations downtown to get things done. Unacceptable! I will definitely take my accounts else were that's more professional and appreciate customer business.
