The older lady with glasses on at the front desk is rude. She embarrassed both of my grand parents by screaming at them and telling them she doesn’t have another worker to help and she told them go to a different bank. This could’ve been said a lot nicer and quieter so other customers didn’t hear. Rude and unprofessional.
