I had an excellent experience at this bank and wanted to recognize Ifeoma Utom for her outstanding customer service. From the moment I arrived, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
There was only one teller working, and she wasn’t even assisting customers in line. From what I could see, she was fixing mistakes from the customer before me, leaving everyone else waiting. Let me introduce you to teller Ifeoma Utom. Rude, dismissive, and unwilling to confirm whether Comerica checks were valid. Instead, she insisted on placing a hold on a Comerica-to-Comerica check, which makes no sense.
