She was super informative about services the bank provides that is actually very relevant for finances in my personal life right now. Not a negative review person, but this Company takes the cake. I have attempted to close an account on a number of occasions and keep getting the same run around so they can ding me $22 a month. The first attempt was in the Branch, It was explained to me by customer service on their automated phone service from hell, that I must withdraw all funds before I can close.
