What is wrong with this bank. There is continual upheavel here. Why can't they get it together?????????? The last time I tried to go into this bank there was no bank, just one room with 2 men standing around. I do not usually go into the bank but when I do, wow! It makes me very uncomfortable , very! I HATE THIS BACK.

If you aren’t going to have the bank open, have more people working to answer the phones in customer service. Over an hour wait time to request a new card? That is insane. I’ll be moving my money to Chase.
