I’ve never had a pleasant experience at this branch. The staff are consistently rude, unhelpful, and show zero regard for customer service. Every visit feels like an inconvenience to them rather than an opportunity to assist customers. The lack of professionalism and courtesy is shocking for a bank. If you’re looking for a place that values its customers, I’d strongly recommend going to another branch because this is unbearable. I have been banking with Comerica Bank in Milpitas for almost 15 years, & this highly positive review is long overdue. Parul Babaria, the Branch Manager & Abdul Nawabi went out of their way for me the last several days, taking lots of time to research the names of payees when I had been remiss in keeping this information when it was presented earlier to me. Bunch of losers - Indian aunties and their hires. no customer service /privacy. Totally share private information loudly and parul is the most unprofessional ever .
Customer service just isn't accommodating. I tried cashing my check with the clerk John and he just wasn't accommodating at all. He straight out told me no because the check date was 1 day early. He didn't even ask for the manager which is what usually happens. He only tried selling me on opening an account and when i said no he replied with "Guess we'll see you tomorrow."
