Worst Comerica branch. Took 5 calls with actual conversations to schedule a safety deposit box key replacement. Took 3 visits to the branch to order debit cards…eventually went to the Fenton branch who expedited it immediately. Took 3 attempts to change our address so they would stop sending vital bank records to my ex whom I am litigating against now for theft. Nothing accentuates a trip to the bank like hearing a manager loudly berating an employee for the entirety of my visit. This branch has a serious problem that needs to be addressed by regional Comerica leadership. This is not the public face you want for your bank.
Tellers are the best but the manager has the worst attitude at all times, and she tells people to ware masks when she isn’t wearing one her self. Very unprofessional.
Dangerous ATM location. Came here at night to withdraw some money from the drive up atm. There is a large hedge on your right that is only about 5 ft away and made me very uncomfortable, since someone *could* easily use it for concealment to rob you. I’ve never seen another bank anywhere that has this sort of lack of customer safety. I would not recommend this place until this is fixed.
