I've been a Comerica customer for over 30 years. Never had a problem always a good experience Although, some of their institutions could use some updates but at this particular location top-notch customer service. The branch manager is always been professional throughout the years. They're very consistent there and I want to give a shout out to May the relationship banker she went over and beyond customer service for me. Tellers are friendly and efficient. I've been banking here for 25 years.
You cant access your account without your checking number. Your checking number is not found anywhere on the app. So good luck trying to call and get access to your account. And it took them 15 minutes to tell me they cant deposit a check with 2 names on it. You cant just tell me that in 10 seconds like a normal person?
Renée is always helpful and very knowledgeable at her job and is very professional and polite !!! Keep up the great work 🫶
