I have never felt so badly for another person in my life. I was inquiring about opening a new business account. I attempted a call and spoke with someone named Danielle. Her short and vague responses really made me feel like my business isn't welcome or needed. I decided to come into the branch to gather more information and observed her talking down to her coworkers in such a way it made me humiliated for them. I received a check that was drawn off of Comerica Bank. I asked the manager Danielle Taylor if there was a fee To cash a check she said depending on the account it was drawn from it’s zero to $10 so when I asked the cashier she could check to see how much it would cost to cash a check. She said it’s always $10 and I told her what Danielle said then I heard Danielle said if you want to charge her $10 go ahead why would your manager lie to I was going to open an account here but not if I have to deal with a
