This bank is very efficient and always helpful. From the manager to the tellers and all the others I have worked with for the last 3 years have been very helpful and often go the extra distance to help out the needs of Vet's Ace Hardware!
I have never felt so badly for another person in my life. I was inquiring about opening a new business account. I attempted a call and spoke with someone named Danielle. Her short and vague responses really made me feel like my business isn't welcome or needed. I decided to come into the branch to gather more information and observed her talking down to her coworkers in such a way it made me humiliated for them.
