Comerica has been my bank for 9 years. They have always had what I consider the best people a bank could hope for. Now at 4th and Wilshire, they are prompt, friendly, and very conscientious. One of their people went out of her way to help me get a card -- and remove certain charges from my statements. I have rarely had to wait at all -- only once that I can remember.

A woman name Sandra in the Comerica Bank on Wilshire in Santa Monica (near 4th Street) is one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with. She seems to have no idea of what customer service means or how to speak to customers. People like that have no business working with the public and dealing with customers. She apparently has no control over what comes out of that mouth and spoke to me as if I was a teenager and she was my mother. I am a 60-year-old woman. there's discrimination in this bank about the color or language that one speaks, and it's amazing that nowadays there are people who allow these things.
