Horrible experience!!! Do not go inside!!! I simply walked in after using the ATM this afternoon stood in line for employees to finish up conversing with one another, and when I got to the front it was only one teller at the desk. She was very rude, snarky, dismissive, and plain disrespectful. I asked as nice and calm as can be, if I could receive 20 dollars change for what I just got out the ATM. Not caring or compassionate people at the Rancho Cucamonga location. They will take your money , with no warming, no compassion, also will make mistakes with your account and take no accountability. They advertise that they support military families, and truly don’t Jakleen Halem at rancho location is under trained doesn’t take the time properly fill out nor go over documents , makes mistakes and takes no responsibility. I called this location to verify what I'd need to cash a check issued by Comerica since I'm not a member. I was told I just needed my ID. However, when I arrived at the bank I was told I needed to provide my full social security number. This is totally unreasonable; an ID should be sufficient. I should've been notified of this requirement when I called. Total waste of time.
Very helpful love and service . I will definitely visit the branch again
