Need to cash my wages but was refused even though I set up a account to cash my check they will not accept the printout showing my ID is on the way 😔 Arrowhead would never they keep the copy attached to the account..I will never change my bank..
This place doesn’t even deserve one star. This establishment has no customer service whatsoever. I went in there today to do a withdrawal because the ATM charges me too much and will only let me take so much out at a time so I have done it before I’ve gone inside to get it withdrawal with my ID and bank card. The lady looks at my ID and says your middle initial is not on your bank card I can’t help you. I said can I please speak to the gentleman sitting right there? Great bank. Everyone that works here is friendly and very helpful with all your banking needs.
Horrible experience!!! Do not go inside!!! I simply walked in after using the ATM this afternoon stood in line for employees to finish up conversing with one another, and when I got to the front it was only one teller at the desk. She was very rude, snarky, dismissive, and plain disrespectful. I asked as nice and calm as can be, if I could receive 20 dollars change for what I just got out the ATM.
