It’s the because of the way you guys talk
Today I wanted to open a bank account and after doing my research I found that Comerica was the right fit. I was wrong! I stood in line for 30 minutes with no help from the two people working. Needless to say I walked out disappointed and will do business else where.
For it to be 2022 with the massive advancement in technology, I just do not understand why Comerica has yet to upgrade their ATMs? I can never make a cash deposit at this location via ATM.
I’ve Been with Comerica for a year now and last month around the 15th my card info got stolen and Comerica had to cancel it. That was perfectly fine but I’ve been waiting for a new debit card in the mail for almost over 2 weeks now! Ridiculous and so unprofessional. When I called I was told card services was lacking in their department and that my card wasn’t even send out yet and that I would get a call back the same day regardless of the outcome, surprise, surprise that also never happened.
