Love this bank very friendly, and professional staff.
Carolyn West is the most unprofessional and inconsiderate person at this location. Corporate office please be weary of considering this person for any promotion. She seems like the type of person that does outstanding work when the "boss" is watching but has no problem treating other employees AND customers rudely.
Comerica needs to get its act together. As a business banking customer since 2006 I have been burned by them multiple times. But today takes the cake! I needed to add a DBA to my account to take advantage of their Marketing promos since our business transitioned from a grocery to restaurant. Great
Bank teller helping was unprofessional. She accused me of altering a check paid to me by a customer when in fact I did nothing but simply bring the check to the bank. She also was questioning my identity even with my state issued license. The customer had a history of paying me - which appeared on the statements - and the check had the correct amount written out and yet she accused me of stealing. I do not bank with them and neither do I have the intention of doing so.
