Too long a wait by far and I was next in line.
Have had members from my bank straight up talk down to my family members to the point of crying.
Terrible service. Banker lacked knowledge and was unprofessional. Decided not to open account with Comerica. STAY AWAY!
Absolutely incompetent. I've been a customer for over 10 years and will be closing my account next week because of this branch. I showed up needing a replacement card as mine was damaged. I specifically stated I wanted the same card number or I don't want a replacement. I also stated that I needed it sent to a temporary address as I am temporarily working in another state at the moment. 12 days later I call this branch to find out I have a new card number which was sent to the wrong address.
