they try to sell you their package, if you`re not interest , they will tell you some lame story and try to get rid of you.
I'm African American. I've been customer for 17 yrs.years.. this my 2nd bad experience at this location. Stereotype. I was in the driv thru. Gave my comerica card & cash. Turned into a 20 minute. Process. Never happened at any other Branch. At the end she questioned my identity by putting money into my account..that's how black people get treated nowadays.
The staff is so friendly. It was my first time there and they were all wonderful even taking the time to interact with my daughter.
I stopped into the drive thru here to deposit a couple checks and withdraw some funds and had the pleasure of meeting Camille. She was super friendly, conversational, and personable. Honestly, a great experience with a bank. Definitely recommend!
