Wanted to charge me 10 dollars to cash a 154 dollar check because I wasn’t a member. I told him if I Had to pay 10 dollars then that’s ok I will go somewhere else. Love my Bank, however calling in to get help from Customer Service Agents, not so much. I always have this "eerie" feeling that they're looking curiously through my account because after my questions have been answered, or not, there's this long awkward pause from the agent and when he or she speaks, the conversation has no connection with the moment. Great Customer Service
We came here at 1.05 and We cant to access the ATM and other services as they are closed for full one hr for lunch. No where it is posted on their operational hrs. I appreciate their lunch hr but at least open the self serve services and post on operational hr. It is getting tough to operate at this location as they are closed on Saturday too
