I wish there is negative star or number Manager Grishma Patel is terrible in customer service she don’t have knowledge of the bank product and services. I don’t know how leaders have her this position. This is terrible branch never go her Branch her management is disrespectful and rude.

Opened an account at another branch and my account was closed and have still not been notified as to why. This branch ACTUALLY charged me 10 dollars to cash a check. So you close my account and don’t tell me why and then charge me a fee? That’s why I’ll stick with Chase. They don’t pull this kind of nickel and dime crap. To top it off they gave me my whole paycheck in 10 dollar bills. CLASSY!!!!!

Wanted to charge me 10 dollars to cash a 154 dollar check because I wasn’t a member. I told him if I Had to pay 10 dollars then that’s ok I will go somewhere else. He then tells me if he make a quick profile he could cash it. He entered all my information and cashed the check and tried to give me 144 dollars.
