Opened an account at another branch and my account was closed and have still not been notified as to why. This branch ACTUALLY charged me 10 dollars to cash a check. So you close my account and don’t tell me why and then charge me a fee? That’s why I’ll stick with Chase. They don’t pull this kind of nickel and dime crap. To top it off they gave me my whole paycheck in 10 dollar bills. CLASSY!!!!!

Wanted to charge me 10 dollars to cash a 154 dollar check because I wasn’t a member. I told him if I Had to pay 10 dollars then that’s ok I will go somewhere else. Love my Bank, however calling in to get help from Customer Service Agents, not so much. I always have this "eerie" feeling that they're looking curiously through my account because after my questions have been answered, or not, there's this long awkward pause from the agent and when he or she speaks, the conversation has no connection with the moment.
