A client of mine had the worst experience, at this Comerica branch in Kalamazoo Michigan, on gull road she had an account with them, she just recently purchased her title check with Comerica Bank, when she went back to wire the rest of the money the day of closing on her home, this Branch accused her of wire fraud, close her account, canceled any direct deposit she had going into that account, wouldn't give her cash back after closing the account, gave her a cashier's check with comerica's name on it, and denied to give her ... read more
Always a pleasure all kind friendly and helpful
I go to the West Main location in Kalamazoo every week. I never wait long and everyone seems alright at their jobs. This, the Gull Road location, is closer to where I live, so I figured I’d go there today. I walked in as the first person after the guy being served; I walked out after TWENTY MINUTES. Meanwhile, someone in one of the offices - what are they doing?
