Love the people there. Helpful and friendly
I have had a personal account for a very very long time. I have direct deposit and typically only use the ATM, but in July 2024 I have had a need to do business banking that require me to develop a more in person relationship with Comerica. It saddens me that they are being forced to close branches, but I understand the times we live in. I recently had to close out my deceased mother’s accounts with Comerica. Tonya at the Gull Road branch was incredibly kind and considerate while helping me to navigate this. She even called to check up on me a few days later. Kindness goes a long way when you are going through terrible times and I am grateful to have worked with someone so nice during the worst time of my life.
I typically choose my bank based on customer service. Comerica on Gull Rd. Is amazing. Everyone there has been nothing but wonderful. Will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.
Not a fan of the service here.... my father banks here and as an employee in the Financial Industry at a separate institution of course, I feel they often lie to my father about their “policies” because he banks in a way that they don’t like, he is never negative or delinquent with anything and yet they still find a way to “pick” on him.
