This branch has failed in every way possible. When we moved to Kalamazoo they failed to change our address five times, each time telling us it was fixed. After several other mishaps with "maintenance fees" on accounts that were not supposed to have them we decided to close our accounts. They failed to close my wife's savings account and charged her more maintenance fees on the $0 balance. Then charged overdraft fees.
