I'm not a big fan of Comerica, but my mom banks with them, so when she needs cash, I usually head over. However, I've noticed some issues with their ATM machine lately, there's only one, and unfortunately, no inside ATM available. I don’t always have my mom with me, so I rely on the machine, but it’s been quite frustrating since it’s either restarted or broke down twice this month. Overall, it’s a bit inconvenient, and I hope they improve the ATM experience to make things smoother for customers.
Refusing to assist non-account holders is terrible customer service.
I recently completed a retirement transaction at this branch and had an excellent experience. The branch manager and team were very helpful, professional, and friendly. I also visit this branch for my routine banking and consistently receive the same great service. Highly recommended.
