Every time I come to this location it’s always under staffed which I don’t understand because if I go to the one in Farmington hills on orchard lake never have that problem plus the workers at this location are all rude and mostly like because they been with comerica for years and don’t feel that have anything to lose..this is why I don’t think anyone should come here or bank with Comerica because from over the phone service to inside the banking center just rude service request to speak a manager no one available so this Co... read more

I will change this review when they stop holding my companies money hostage, simply because I'm overseas. I have offered everything from a video selfie with my passport, to my parents coming in with my original birth certificate, to tons more suggestions. Nothing got a yes. And the best part? For corporations who don't know about this suspension, Comerica in Oak Park automatically deposits their Zelle payments into the locked account, refusing to return to sender.
