Love how I am greeted by name!
Horrible customer service! Have been in their the last 3 times to cash a check from my employer and they have given me numerous excuses and different reasons why each time. Although I have proper identity, it's a valid check from a reputable company. Nasty people! Do not recommend dealing with them, find a different bank! Diane is the worst!
