Average big bank experience. Had an account with direct deposit for 7+ years, closed account to move to a smaller more local bank. They refused to waive $52 in overdraft fees on two auto pay transactions (totalling $101) that I forgot to cancel. There are much better banking options.

I have been a Comerica customer since it was called Detroit Bank and Trust. I work with Leela for all of my banking needs. She looks out for my best interest and follows up with me to make sure that I was properly taken care of.
Leela epitomizes competency and is very empathic regarding my concerns. I needed approximately 50 pages copied and emailed to another branch. Leela did this immedicately. Leela called me numerous times to keep me updated regarding this project. Leela is the best!
