Leela epitomizes competency and is very empathic regarding my concerns. I needed approximately 50 pages copied and emailed to another branch. Leela did this immedicately. Leela called me numerous times to keep me updated regarding this project. Leela is the best!

The staff members at this location are always so pleasant, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this branch over the other branches in Sterling Hts MI.
I would give a Zero if I could!! HORRIBLE customer service!! Very rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. My wife felt very uncomfortable from the onset due to their rude demeanor. We definitely will not return to this branch.
Every time I go in there the people are so friendly and so nice and they helped me so much I do not go anywhere else other than House of dank
