I would give a Zero if I could!! HORRIBLE customer service!! Very rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. My wife felt very uncomfortable from the onset due to their rude demeanor. We definitely will not return to this branch.

If I could give ZERO stars that would be to much!! I used the ATM machine on the north side of the building 1.17.24 and in the process of taking the money out of the dispenser a $20 bill was pulled back in. I called immediately and left (2) messages and expected a call back on Thursday 1.18.24 but as of today 1.19.24 I had to call them again. I have just been informed by "Leah" that I need to file a claim with my bank as I am not a customer of theirs. SUGGESTION: IF YOU DO NOT BELONG TO COMERICA, I SUGGEST NOT USING ANY SERV... read more
