Very nice and helpful employees. After our encounter at comerica bank in Troy earlier today, it was so great to see that not all comerica banks are the same.
They gave my little brother’s savings account to the state
Worst customer service ever they didn’t have any clients and they kept me waiting for 10 minutes until I spoke to the banker then the banker was like yeah this process gonna need about 30 minutes to 45 minutes just to add an authorized signer took him half an hour just to update my information and the people that work there they kept interrupting him and so I took my ID and went to a different location they finish it in two minutes. Anthony was the banker
