I don't speak English, so she patiently communicated with me using Google Translate. Solved the problem for me. Not only is she proficient in her business, she is also kind-hearted and willing to help others. I am very grateful for her help. She helped me a lot and was very patient, which moved me very much. I later found out her name was Heather Brady
