Monica at this branch was so amazing, I needed to get in right before they closed and she was so caring and willing to help with my CD.
Unprofessional female cash counter staff not cooperative and untrained. This is third time I have lot of hard cash and she take of other customer who came after me. It’s anything bad happen in the bank who’s responsible.
Visited this location and Chaheen (not sure if spelled correctly/older woman with black hair) did not know the limit on ATM machine withdrawal which I feel is important information to be equipped with since bank knowledge should be your expertise. The reason I am leaving the review is because common courtesy is when a customer hands you their identification, you hand it back to them, especially if they are making eye to eye contact with you. Not only did she set my DL down, but she also put my money on the counter as well. L... read more
