This review is not for this specific branch just comerica bank in general. I have not had a bank that has no way of contacting them after hours or good customer service in general. From being few and far between to reporting a stolen card and not reissuing another, this bank had blown me away as to how incompetent/unreliable it really is. Have been waiting on a new card in the mail for over two weeks now so I call just to be told the three times I have followed up on it just to be told no card was issued.
