Bank is trash. Workers are pretty much useless. Just go a block down the road to any other bank.
Consistently the slowest wait times for service. It should not take an average of 45 minutes to process simple deposits. The staff isn’t very helpful or knowledgeable. I don’t personally bank here but often take deposits for my mom’s business. Customer beware: you will sit in the drive thru a very long time.
Now closed on Saturday’s with no notice to customers? Ridiculous policy’s that make trouble shooting impossible. I will be switching banks this week thanks to comericas lack of common sense
Disgusting service/rudeness. This woman was at the window when I came in and she literally ignored me and carried on talking to a coworker, refused to say hello until I had to say something! Then she tried to tell me she was with a customer?? Totally gross and this is EXACTLY why I am leaving Comerica. Then left from the counter and wouldn’t even look at me or say hello.
