I've been banking there since they opened. It is very convenient for the west side of Ann Arbor, and the staff has always provided fine service. Prior to the Jackson Rd. branch opening, we used the Stadium branch, and some of their employees have been there 15+ years. I appreciate a bank where the staff recognize me!
Online says it's open 9 to 1 on Saturday, at the Jackson Rd. location, nope, drove 40 minutes to find out it's closed. Horrible. Update your shit please!
I have been very happy with Comerica since 2018. The staff is professional and courteous.
