I used to love Comerica Bank, even back in the day when their logo was red (before the merger with Manufacturer's Bank). But they are closing branches everywhere after the latest merger with 5/3 bank. Sorry to see you go, I'm taking all my business to JP Morgan Chase.
I received outstanding service at this branch. Renee Matt, the relationship banker, was professional, compassionate, and very thorough. She is a very responsible, nice, beautiful lady, she made me feel valued as a customer and went above and beyond to help. I highly recommend this branch.
Good , and courteous service
Usually the tellers are sweet and kind and there to assist you. Today I went into my local Comerica bank and I was waiting for 15 minutes for a teller to be left with the rude woman at drive through who didn’t assist me well and had attitude. This is unfortunate that I had to experience this from my local bank
