Very bad customer service and very very slow response
Banked with Comerica Bank since 2010 but 11 years in & they still don't approve me for loans or help me build my credit score, whereas other financial institutions do, so bye. There's no reward for loyalty there.
Everyone at this branch is super helpful and curtious. Aurora has been by far the best personal banker I have ever had. So happy I opened an account here .
