I have a loan here (that was purchased by comerica). They want to charge a fee to make the payment over the phone; they do not have the capability to let you pay it online and my existing bank bill pay is not set up through them. Once they advertised zelle, I opened an acct so I could zelle the money over each month and pay my loan instantly.
