Seriously terrible service. I think they may be understaffed but I waited over 10 minutes for a simple withdrawal in the drive-through.
Have had account for 20 years and never encountered a worse experience at a branch. Manager would not help me when there was no one else working. I will never use this branch again and I wish we didn’t live in a society where the most incompetent people rise.
No one ever available to help with anything. Cash machine has “eaten” my card twice for no reason.
Avoid this bank at all costs. Slow, rude and overall terrible service. Constantly understaffed and reasons for late openings/inability to service customers. Take your money elsewhere.
