Avoid this bank at all costs. Slow, rude and overall terrible service. Constantly understaffed and reasons for late openings/inability to service customers. Take your money elsewhere.
ATM broken
My parents and I walked in, we were told to wait. We waited for over 35 min before being helped. Apparently there was only one person who would be able to help us and she took over 40 min with the customer before us, and ignored us. We are customers too, this type of service is inexcusable. We were put on the side and ignored for the time. We asked after 40 min how much longer the wait would be and she said "they were here before you, you should've made an appointment".
