One of the Best Banks around. They are always there for you, 24/7 with any questions or concerns I have been banking with them for 5 yearsnow.
They are a good team and completely professional, but they don't have any Information about HELOC !!!! If you want to lose your time and money Contact this company!!!! Awful customer service!!!!

Always have great experiences with Comerica Bank. Alot of these people leaving bad reviews seem like they have small accounts or particular issues. But if you have a business, or you need robust support, they are they partners to have in the business of banking.
When looking for a location of a branch near where I work I saw my branch had low ratings and had to look. I have a number of accounts with this bank and have had them with them for up to 7 years or so. My experience has been nothing but kind attentive and gracious from all the staff and managers that i have met. In fact the reason we moved our accounts to CoMerica was becuase of the fantastic customer service we received at CoMerica's in Michigan.
