Great Bank! I've been a loyal customer of Comerica for my entire life, both personally and for my small business. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always friendly towards me, my business partner, and our employees who frequently visit for bank deposits from our customers. They always make time for my banking needs, even if it's a few minutes past closing, whether it's to answer questions about CDs, high yield savings, or simply to lend a pen for ATM use on a deposit slip, even when they're closing up shop. Great staff with very helpful customer service that extends far beyond banking. Although this is a big bank with many locations the staff and those who bank at it interact as though it is a community bank, kind of like a credit union. David just might get me to open an account.
A+ staff are amazing
probably the slowest drive-through window of any bank. a fifteen minute wait to do a deposit…see for yourself.
