This has to be one of the most unorganized banks that have bankers and tellers making promises that cannot be fulfilled just to get their quotas met. They are not educated on the bank they are working for and are not helpful especially at this branch. I opened up a business account and my business immediately sank due to the hidden fees the transactions that this bank does not make you aware of. In less than two months I have opened and closed this bank account and will not refer anyone nor be a returning customer.
Staff is nice. Not free banking Strict mask policy in place by the manager. This manager will not even allow you in the foyer area with out a mask. If masks work, why aren't they working? This person should also actually look up the legal term "Mandate" before pushing the tyranny. I closed my account on the spot. Not dealing with a left leaning organization. If you are left leaning, perfect place for you.
Really nice bankers and employees. Everyone is friendly, low key, and helpful!
