Bank wont cash 2 paychecks from the company I work for and which my employer banks with. They wont tell me why....says "they are not allowed to tell me". You guys suck stuff & things! Added to 1 year later.... still same dive just slower... now go eat a bag of dips
I had the worst experience with comerica customer service. Somebody named Kay? I believe was extremely rude to me and did not understand that my mom did not speak English. I told her many times my mom can't speak English much nor can she understand it. She tried to get us a translator even tho I said I can translate. She said she couldn't find someone to translate and Said to call another day. I have called comerica before I know I could translate for my mom.
