Actually disappointed by the customer service of this bank today. My senior relative was doing a small deposit and the black bank teller questioned if she had another account elsewhere and was moving money/bringing the money over. My relative explained it was a joint account with someone else. She asked How old her adult daughter was and she told her she was 37 and she proceeded to say oh I will be 37 in a few months… How is that relevant? Why are you asking about a deposit? Why are you asking about accounts at another bank?... read more

People there were kind of rude and snotty maybe they were having a bad day I don't know maybe I misread it but just seem like that you were kind of I don't know just snotty
