It is a regional bank. They do what banks do...and they do it quite well.
Called to make an appointment as was told this was the only Comerica that DOESN’T allow appointments. I was told I’d have to just show up and wait around hoping someone had time to help me. I’m very busy, and so I called the next Comerica and of course they were able to make the appointment. Not sure why THIS Comerica couldn’t do the same thing.
