The staff here is absolutely perfect and courteous. They genuinely love what they do and are sincerely happy to see their customers. The customers do not irritate them; they are eager to help and are very competent in their roles. I wish you all the best and hope you continue to have only great customers.
I walked into Comerica bank and requested to close my account on 12/8/23. I showed my drivers license and was issued a check for the balance and gave them my checkbook to shred. The account was NEVER closed and Comerica continues to attach monthly maintenance fees to this account. Comerica also did the same thing to my brother. I called the service center regarding their error and they refuse to close the account unless I come back in person AGAIN to close my account. VERY POOR business.
