I was a little skeptical at first seeing all of these negative reviews and comments. But after talking with customer service through the famously you rewards credit card system. And making a payment through their automated telephone system. They helped me resolve my issues, so that I could get my card. I also paid it before the due date and before I received my card. I would leave 0 stars if possible. They closed my gamestop credit card account based on "a change to my credit report". Fine, not really a big deal. Account was closed 1/18/26. Balance was paid 1/31/26. On 2/18/26 a $3.00 finance charge was added to the account. I will not pay a finance charge on an account that was closed and the balance was paid off. This company uses shady practices and I'm surprised a class action hasn't been filed yet based on the enormous amount of negative reviews they've gotten
This bank is terrible! All of the customer service agents all a bad. Closed an account and was getting charged "interest rate" DO NOT BANK OR OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS PLACE!!! This company should be shut down and investigated!
