Horrible. I had an ulta credit card under bread financial and they locked everyone out of their accounts we were unable to see statements or pay. I spent so much time on the phone being assured my card was locked and no reoccurring purchases would go through. Low and behold a month later the charged were on my account. Luckily I had screenshots of my card lock with dates but I had to fight to remove the charged. Horrible saftey and customer service. Had an high, open credit line with them for years via Dell, bought a computer through it a few years back and paid it off. Been enjoying the computer for some time and now just as I have opted to buy a new one they close my account, causing negative impact to my credit score and cannot qualify me for a new account - despite having a better credit score now than I did when I opened the first account.
