Pitiful customer service, poor attitudes and pathetic levels of competency. The salesperson (Olga) was friendly enough, but that’s where it ends A $200 delivery fee — and very easy, simple instructions about an AM delivery window on multiple business days — and they can’t manage to get it right No shock they’re “going out of business” — we’re on the cusp of 2025 — everyone has delivery windows now, people are busy and can’t sit at the house all day and miss an entire day of business Did I mention the condition of the furnitu... read more
