Business must be booming here! My husband and I were the only customers in the store. We walked right by the counter where two employees were on their phones, and neither one even bothered to acknowledge us or offer assistance. If customer service isn’t a priority, no problem—we’ll gladly take our money elsewhere. For reference, this was Sunday at approximately 1:35 PM, in case management would like to review the camera footage.
Moved to the St Michaels area in Maryland and could not be happier. The people in this area are the most hospitable people we have ever met, and we have lived in many places. We also have been great patrons to all the local businesses and contractors. Again, cannot believe how nice the business owners are but also the level of professionalism.
