This is by far the most unorganized company I’ve dealt with. I was on hold for about 40 minutes and left my phone number to be called back for almost 2 hours and did not get a call back. Constantly being stuck with the operator helps nothing. Having issues with my transfer to my account. This company doesn’t know what they’re doing and isn’t professional.
I created anew account and I tried to add funds to account , I had errors i tried to reach with Rhys P. Simmons ,he's very rude , soon I tried to explain the errors he said do you want go forward or not he didn't even listen, bad customer service, I will never work with this Rude customer service i decided to close my account soon I heard him talking like this
Horrible…. Amazingly horrible and they don’t even care. I’ve been trying to cash a Comdata check at multiple locations for the past month. Countless calls and callbacks. They won’t even refund the check without a verification from a bank or business. I don’t work at that bank or business? Make it make sense. Comdata is not is driver friendly. I’ve keep hearing the same from the employees at truck stops that EFS is so much better then Comdata. If your a own a trucking company please do your drivers a favor and stay away from ... read more
