I just don't understand why my bill is doubled every month. I pay my bill on time on line and i still don't get why i owe this horrible company double each month. I have canceled my service and would rather have no internet and no cable then to have COMCAST!!!! They have horrible customer service on top of just being horrible.....
I have a contract with Comcast that has been in place for eight months. Suddenly, without notice or warning, Comcast eliminated many of the HD premium channels that they were previously providing. I give Comcast zero stars as a result of this.
Terrible internet service. Customer service is worthless. Monopolized Olathe for years and competition is finally here. Comcast is being left in droves and I will not be back.
What a horrible place to try and get service. You can not talk tothe local office, everything is routed to Minnesota. Why would I want to talk to someone in Minnesota if I live in Kansas?!
i went there to get help with my bill and someone tried to sell me crack.
