Do not go to this store, this is not a corporate store and they refuse to fix any issues or fix their mistakes, take the extra time and go to Knoxville where they actually help you. Went to store to re bundle our plan as it was coming due, was lied to at store they said we needed to add a mobile line to get our discount total lie. Over charged for mobile line they refused to fix the problem or cancel the line just gave me a piece of paper and told to call number. Went to Knoxville and they fixed everything. If I could rate this store with zero stars I would! We traded in my wife's old phone and got her a new number. Needless to say Shane and his supervisor did NOT know how to do their job! Neither of them told us that changing her number would void the new phone promotion, cause us to be billed for the phone in one lump bill and loose the trade in value of the phone we gave them. Im sure the store is fine but they're making me go through so many hoops to try and tell them that I'm not getting any signal when my terminally ill family member calls me when we have had service in those exact areas for years. And the stress is making me terminally ill and I'm getting checked out. The Ai agent on the phone was harassing me the entire time I called like 4 times. Its likely a hack.
