DO NOT SHOP HERE! Went in to ask questions about upgrading to an iPhone 17. The employee couldn't get her laptop to show the price I would need to pay upfront with a trade in. I told her I'd come back tomorrow as it had already been 30 minutes of me waiting. When I walked into the Oak Ridge, TN Comcast store, no one looked up or greeted me. Everyone in line was already frustrated after waiting a long time with zero acknowledgment from staff. When I finally asked about returning equipment, I was told I’d have to wait even longer if I wanted a receipt—but he’d “be glad to take it” without one. I left it and said thank you.
