Xfinity recently installed a virtual assistant keyosk for customer support but it is basically a kind of self service in the store with minimal help from the staff. You can't expect there will be a real exepet to help you. Instead you should use tiny screen with headsets to talk with a guy in the screen and operate your device following the instructions. It is very disappointing move, Xfinity!!
They have changed me over $1300 to cancel my service that I can't cancel due to the incompetence of there reps. They refuse to cancel a phone line costing me an additional over $100 a month, and I have returned the phone and paid it off. I am reporting them to my bank as fraud. I have completely switched months ago. It is 5:58 am and I am up now trying to fix this after it's been three months of hell. Amazing job Troy. I ordered internet and was awaiting delivery for a modem which has been a nightmare (100% UPS's fault.) He solved everything fast. Troy was so helpful and professional. I will be a repeat customer thanks to Troy and team. Keep up the amazing work .
Buyer beware. Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. Long wait, even though I had an appointment. Ultimately, I requested assistance from "Josh" because I keep getting bills for my supposedly "free" phone and year of free service. This was my fourth attempt to resolve tthe matter. Josh terminated conversation after refusing to tell me his last name, at which point I photographed him.
This is the best Xfinity store in all of NH they are the most extremely efficient, effective, personal, and hard-core honest store out there. Go here before they move these guys to a major city or something! Don't get fooled by anyone else or any other Xfinity store or phone call! Go to them, explain what's on your mind about Xfinity & they will solve any problem you have, help you understand Xfinity better, inform you what might be a better plan for you etc. Don't go asking for handouts though that's not what I mean.
