My wifi router stopped working and they were able to swap it out for a new one very quickly. I waited about 10-15 minutes when I came late evening on a weekday. Sherman was a great help.
Tyshawn deserves a raise, without him we’d probably be going somewhere else for our internet and cable. We went in after horrible experiences on the phone with customer service that refused to called back or help with overly charged bills. This man helped us so much, he lowered our bill and actually understood what it feels like to feel ripped off. If we ever have issues again, he’s the one we’re going to go to from now on. Thanks for being awesome!
