It's this second time this has happened at this store. I've come to go over my bill and understand why the rates have been raised, they go ahead and try to make a new deal with me for internet and add new "additional" features with no extra costs" when I ask about them before I sign they always lie and say that "it would be the regular plan charge but because it's a new promotion I won't get charged those charges" I end up paying more by the next month. I have been on the phone for the last week trying to set up my disabled mothers new iphone 16e, and the representatives are only unruly, rude and unknowledgeable but it takes 30 minutes to an hour to get through the Phone Robot. I really hate Xfinity's abusive system they consider customer service. She didn't have an Apple account and I went to three different places to fill out the form, and finally had to call a 1800 number that didn't work. Always check your bills for what the XFinity charge you. Could be double for nothing. Another thing, I came with my wife to swipe account from her name to my name and credit card and my wife needs to bring router and close account and then I need to open account….. where is flexibility?) Just change name and payment info and done where is logic and clean sense?
